This role involves coordinating and supervising all catering operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and Client satisfaction are met. The Site Manager oversees the planning, organization, and execution of catering services, including menu planning, procurement, staff management, and adherence to safety and health regulations. also maintain effective communication with clients, handle any issues that arise, and ensure that the catering services run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the success of the Site.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Required qualifications:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a post graduate qualification in Food and Beverage Service Management or Hotel Industry management<\/li><li>Minimum of 7 years experiences in management capacity within a 4 to 5 star establishment<\/li><li>Should be familiar with Occupational Safety &amp; Health Regulations (OSHA), ISO, and implementation of HSE programs.<\/li><li>Must have strong interpersonal skills, personal appearance and food and beverage service and food production knowledge.
