Our qualified nutritionist, Elie Aoun, RD. MSc. DU., joined Prime Support in January 2022. He sits in our QHSE department, and behind the scenes he works with our Chefs and Catering Managers to design healthy eating options and to make sure that all menus are properly balanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many of our guests know Elie through his work in setting personal meal plans. He analyses body composition, performs full nutritional assessments and checks glycemic and lipid profiles to build personalized diet plans to help clients meet their personal fitness and health goals. He is working with over 1,500 individual clients over nine sites. Weight loss is a significant fitness goal for many people, and Elie\u2019s clients have collectively lost an estimated 6,000 kg and observed improvements in their lipid profile, glycemia, blood pressure and overall health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Providing nutritious food is a priority to us at PSGS.
