Over the past few months, our construction and operations teams have been going above and beyond to support a client establishing a new base located near to the International Zone in Iraq. The client, who we have been providing life support and minor construction services to since 2022, had a long-established base in Baghdad but needed to relocate quickly when the government owned land was required for other purposes.

Our team was able to support by installing an accommodation block at their new site, upgrading utilities infrastructure, and the refurbishing of the kitchen and DFAC facility. The new location was occupied after a week, and we prepared meals out of a temporary kitchen until the new site was fully operational after a month due to the collaborative efforts of a number of organisations, including PSGS and the client. We continue to provide high quality life support services at the new site, and are proud of our role in helping them to establish a new base for their operations.
