On 6 March 2025 we celebrated the excellence of our employees, and teams, at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Basra in our fifth annual Ruby Awards ceremony. This year we combined events to celebrate long service employees at the same time, and the event took place at our annual Iftar dinner.
The awards were established to promote excellent customer service and alignment with our brand values. Commenting on the significance of the Ruby Awards our CEO, Farazdak Abdulamir Khazal, said: “Excellence is what we deliver to Prime Support General Services. The Ruby Awards 2024 foster continuous quality, innovation, and dedication which we promise to follow daily. Thank you and congratulations to all the nominees, winner, and the team for raising the bar in our industry time and again!”
Three team awards and 14 individual awards were presented. Apart from the CEO’s award, all nominees are nominated by their peers, and the final winner is based on an employee vote and the input of a panel of judges. To build anticipation for this important event, this year, for the first time, the ongoing results of the employee vote were shared across the company.
