QHSE roadshow

In line with the inception of the company Culture Awareness Initiative for 2025, the QHSE Department introduced a Health and Safety Roadshow initiative to all our employee and operations in March 2025, the key aim was to raise awareness with the induction of key training tools and contractual compliance of standard of Health and Safety systems, with assessable engagement to the complete PSGS workforce. Six members of our QHSE management team have visited ten projects so far, spending seven or eight days at each to conduct training programs, highlighting QHSE presentations, and undertake site audit inspections. In addition, this provides an excellent opportunity to update and validate HSE accreditation within the passports of all our employees.

Training and presentation topics include:

  • HABC Food safety training levels 1 and 2
  • HABC Health and safety training levels 1 and 2
  • Catering & Housekeeping JSA training
  • Allergen Introduction training
  • Recipe card observations

Our Quality Manager, Keith Weaving, believes the roadshow has been a major success so far: ‘Through focused training programmes, ongoing communication, and practical, hands-on experiences, we have greatly enhanced the employees’ awareness and comprehension in the dynamics and importance of upholding rigorous safety standards in our workplace, with the aim of continuing a more advanced program of safety training modules in 2026’
